The Challenge
The existing lakefront structure was aging, uneven, and beginning to fail in multiple areas. The dock showed signs of wear, the retaining walls were deteriorating, and the slope created both safety and erosion concerns.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the space from the ground up installing a structurally sound dock, reinforcing the shoreline with stone, and constructing a tiered retaining wall system to manage elevation changes while creating clean, usable outdoor space.
